Although I have always loved music I did not start to play and compose until late in life.

I had been a taxi driver for many years.

I was taken ill in 2012 and was partially paralysed down my left side.

This resulted in my having to give up taxi driving.

I decided to become a carer for some of my older customers who just needed a bit of help shopping and preparing meals etc.

It was during my recovery that a good friend introduced me to a keyboard which I learnt to play and I then started to compose.

My care clients loved my songs which inspired me to compose more songs.

One of my clients was taken ill with cancer.

It was so hard watching her go through this terrible illness.

I cared for her up to palliative care and sadly lost her in 2014.

I then decided to sell my songs on the internet and donate the proceeds of sales to Cancer Research.

It was at this point I decided to choose a particular cancer to support.

I decided Children's Cancer Research

and recently adding

Gt Ormond Street Children's Cancer Centre.

In 2018 I was diagnosed with Parkinsons.

Although this has slowed me down a bit I still want to try to raise as much money as I can with your help.

I hope that my future sales will help to raise even more money so as to help rid the world of these horrible illnesses.

My songs can be found on most music sites to be streamed or downloaded.
